2. Response Time
We aim to respond to all support emails within 2 business days (Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays in HONG KONG). Privacy / GDPR requests are handled within the statutory time frame (typically 30 days for GDPR access / deletion requests).
3. Information to Include in Your Request
To help us reply faster, please include the following in your email:
- Your VikiViki account email address.
- The platform you use (iOS / Android) and the app version.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Screenshots if applicable.
- For purchase-related issues, the platform store order ID.
