View, change, or cancel your VikiViki Plus subscription

1. Where Subscriptions Are Managed

All VikiViki Plus subscriptions are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Per Apple and Google policy, subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled directly by the platform store account that purchased the subscription. GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED does not have access to your payment credentials and cannot directly cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf.

2. How to Manage on iOS (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap VikiViki in the list.
  5. From this page you can:
    • View the current plan and renewal date.
    • Switch between Monthly and Yearly plans.
    • Tap Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal.

Alternatively, open this URL in Safari on the same device: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You can also reach this page from inside the VikiViki app by tapping VIP → Manage.

Important: Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You retain VikiViki Plus benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. How to Manage on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap VikiViki in the list.
  5. From this page you can:
    • View the current plan and renewal date.
    • Update the payment method.
    • Tap Cancel subscription to stop auto-renewal.

Alternatively, open this URL on the same Google account: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. You can also reach this page from inside the VikiViki app by tapping VIP → Manage.

4. Cancelling Before a Free Trial Ends

To avoid being charged at the end of a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial / billing period; you keep access until then.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the platform store, not GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED. See our Refund Policy for the procedure on each platform.

6. Account Deletion vs. Cancellation

Deleting your VikiViki account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately via the platform store. See Account Deletion for the full deletion procedure.

7. Need Help?

If you cannot find your subscription on the platform store, the most common reasons are: (a) the subscription was purchased on a different Apple ID / Google account; or (b) the subscription was already cancelled and has expired. If you still need help, please email support@vikiviki.cc with the following information so we can assist:

  • Your VikiViki account email address.
  • The platform you purchased on (Apple App Store or Google Play).
  • The approximate purchase date.
