VikiViki Plus subscription plans and purchase policies

1. Subscription Plans

VikiViki offers VikiViki Plus, a premium subscription that enhances your AI character roleplay chat experience. VikiViki Plus is available in two plans:

  • Monthly Plan — Billed once per month on a recurring basis.
  • Yearly Plan — Billed once per year on a recurring basis at a discounted rate.

VikiViki Plus includes the following features:

  • Unlimited AI character conversations
  • Access to premium AI characters and advanced personality models
  • Priority response times and enhanced AI capabilities
  • Ad-free experience
  • Early access to new features and characters

Specific pricing is displayed within the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency.

2. Payment Processing

All payments for VikiViki Plus are processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). VikiViki does not directly collect or store your payment information. All transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms of the platform through which you make your purchase. Your payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

3. Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) Terms

If you purchase VikiViki Plus through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Schedule 2):

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Google Play Store Terms

If you purchase VikiViki Plus through the Google Play Store, the following terms apply:

  • Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage subscriptions in Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.

Google Play subscriptions are subject to Google Play's terms of service and refund policies.

5. Free Trials

VikiViki may offer free trial periods for VikiViki Plus from time to time. Free trials allow you to experience premium features before committing to a paid subscription.

  • Free trial eligibility is determined by the platform (Apple or Google) and is typically limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account.
  • At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same offering.

6. Price Changes

VikiViki reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of VikiViki Plus:

  • We will provide notice of the price change through the app or via email.
  • Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
  • Your continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
  • If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your VikiViki Plus subscription at any time. To cancel:

On Apple (iOS):

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select VikiViki Plus.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On Google Play (Android):

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu (≡) > Subscriptions.
  3. Select VikiViki Plus.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to VikiViki Plus features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

8. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

For users residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area: under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and equivalent local laws, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (including subscription access to VikiViki Plus and Gem packages) once performance has begun. By initiating a purchase you:

  • Expressly request immediate access to the digital content (VikiViki Plus features / Gem balance) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires;
  • Acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal with respect to that purchase.

This does not affect your rights under platform-store policies (Apple / Google), which may grant refunds at their discretion (see our Refund Policy), nor your statutory rights in the case of defective digital content.
