Refund Policy
Understand how refunds work for VikiViki purchases

1. Overview
VikiViki ("we," "us," or "our") offers subscriptions and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Because all purchases are processed by these third-party platforms, refund eligibility and procedures are governed primarily by Apple and Google's respective policies.
2. Apple App Store Refunds
If you purchased a subscription or in-app item through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all refund requests. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for Apple transactions.
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
- Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Apple will review your request and notify you of the outcome.

3. Google Play Refunds
If you purchased a subscription or in-app item through the Google Play Store, Google handles refund processing. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for Google Play transactions directly.
- For most purchases, you can request a refund within 48 hours directly through Google Play.
- Open the Google Play Store app, go to your purchase history, and select the item you wish to refund.
- For requests beyond 48 hours, contact Google Play support.
- Google will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
4. What We Cannot Refund
Certain purchases are not eligible for refund due to the nature of digital goods:
- Consumed in-app items — Virtual currency, tokens, or other consumable items that have already been used within the app.
- Partial subscription periods — If you have already used a portion of your current subscription period, that used time is generally not refundable.
5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
It is important to understand the difference between cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund:
- Cancellation prevents future charges. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund is a separate process handled by Apple or Google. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription, use the subscription management settings in the App Store or Google Play Store on your device.

7. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request through Apple or Google, you may contact us at support@vikiviki.cc and we will do our best to assist. We encourage resolving disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
