1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your VikiViki account at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the VikiViki app
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at support@vikiviki.cc from the email address associated with your account.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, profile avatar, and all account settings will be deleted.
  • Chat History: All your conversations with AI characters, including all messages and chat data, will be permanently deleted.
  • User Preferences: All your in-app preferences, favorite characters, and personalization settings will be removed.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data.

3. Data Deletion Timeline

After you confirm account deletion, your data will be processed as follows:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will be logged out of the app.
  • All personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request.
  • Some data may be retained beyond 30 days only where required by law, regulation, or legitimate legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention, financial record-keeping, or compliance with legal processes).
  • Any anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Cancel Your Subscriptions First

Deleting your VikiViki account does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through Apple or Google to avoid being charged after your account is deleted.

Cancel on Apple (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top (your Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and tap the VikiViki subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Google (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon and go to Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and tap the VikiViki subscription
  5. Tap Cancel subscription
